    We will train together for an intense session designed to show you new moves to improve your body. I will show you how to amp up your game at the gym and make the most of every single workout. I will give you tips on how to change it up and when to change it up so you don't plateau and cease seeing the results you desire.

    Meal Planning, Supplementation & Cleansing:
    We will go over a supplementation and meal plan that will work for you. Let's take this time to design your custom meal plan together!
    I will recommend cleanses that may help you obtain your health, vitality & weight loss or health goals.

    In Your Kitchen:
    Lets get into your kitchen and clear out the cabinets. What does your kitchen say about you? Your cabinets and refrigerator speak volumes. Since diet is 80-90 % of health, weight loss, maintenance and general well being, make sure your kitchen is stocked with the right things.
    I can teach you what items to stuff your cabinets with to achieve success on your meal plan. I will make sure to educate you on what foods are your best choices and teach you how to substitute your favorite treats with healthy choices that are still just as satisfying to your taste buds.


    Grocery Shopping trip:
    Now its time to replenish those cabinets with the foods of success with a trip to the grocery store!

    With this service, you will receive one month of Workouts, Supplementation & Cleansing Recommendations and Progress Chart.

    Workouts: I will draw out exactly what day of the week you will work what body part, specific exercises, number of sets and reps, videos or detailed description for the exercises as well as the intensity and duration of weight lifting, core and cardio workout.

    Supplementation & Cleansing Recommendations:
    -Comprehensive Metabolic Assessment
    -What foods to eat
    -What foods to eliminate
    -Supplement recommendations; pharmaceutical grade and holistic based
    -Priority client pricing on supplementation
    -All natural cleansing/organ cleansing recommendations

    I will have you fill out a metabolic assessment form. Also if you have any recent blood work, allergy or hormone testing you can include that information. What I do next is I take all the information that you provide me with and I put together a custom supplementation program that includes all the bulleted items that you see above. Please note that I also consult with a team of doctors that I work with through the Center For Advanced Healing. They aid me and making the best supplementation and cleansing recommendations for your Health and goals. All of the supplements that I recommend our pharmaceutical grade and heavily holistic based.     Progress Chart: You will receive a digital chart where you keep your weekly stats such as measurements and weight. You will also rate yourself from 1-10 in several detailed categories. This will make sure that you truly are staying honest with yourself and true to the transformation process. It also serves as a very powerful visual tool for holding yourself accountable in all aspects of your success on your program.

    To get started I will send you a detailed questionnaire & Metabolic Assesment When you receive this please fill it out with the most detail possible.
