When you take a look at my list of services, do you find that you are in need of several of them?

Why not get the most bang for you buck, get it all and get it in person. Come spend half the day with me (4 hours) and this is what our exciting day will consist of:

We will train together for an intense session designed to show you new moves to improve your body. I will show you how to amp up your game at the gym and make the most of every single workout. I will give you tips on how to change it up and when to change it up so you don't plateau and cease seeing the results you desire.

Meal Planning, Supplementation & Cleansing:
We will go over a supplementation and meal plan that will work for you. Let's take this time to design your custom meal plan together!
I will recommend cleanses that may help you obtain your health, vitality & weight loss or health goals.
We will talk about how to shop for health and maneuvering around a grocery store in a healthy way.

You will have the opportunity before we meet to speak with me in detail about your goals and what you would like to get out of our day together.

I will be following up with you 1 week & again 1 month after our day together. I will provide you with a Progress Chart to keep track of your success after out meeting.
