Quick Overview

I have had the unique opportunity to work with a very diverse group of clients from all over the world.

My clients have ranged from people who are looking to loose 50 pounds or more, those with thyroid disease and/or other chronic illness, working moms who have very busy schedules, those without gym memberships, vegans and even those who have very special health concerns that restrict them in the gym and in the kitchen.

With this service, you will receive one month of Workouts, Meal Planning, Supplementation & Progress Chart.

Workouts:
I will draw out exactly what day of the week you will work what body part, specific exercises, number of sets and reps, videos or detailed description for the exercises as well as the intensity and duration of weight lifting, core and cardio workout.

Progress Chart:
You will receive a digital chart where you keep your weekly stats such as measurements and weight. You will also rate yourself from 1-10 in several detailed categories. This will make sure that you truly are staying honest with yourself and true to the transformation process. It also serves as a very powerful visual tool for holding yourself accountable in all aspects of your success on your program.

To get started I will send you a detailed questionnaire. When you receive this please fill it out with the most detail possible. This really helps me get to know you as an individual. The better I get to know you the better I can help you. Your success is my success and we are a team on this journey to your new lifestyle!

With this plan you will get two check ins during the month. Your 1st check in is within 7 days of me sending your new plan out. The second check in is 21-25 days after I send you the plan. This is when you ask any questions that you have and update me on your progress.

After the month is over you are ready for you new month's program I will formulate a new plan based on your results and new goals that will take you into your next month of training and meal planning to get you to be your best you!
